Assistant Manager - Technology Supply Chain
Manage vendor invoicing and governance of IT SaaS contracts.
Identify and report issues or irregularities in invoice and contract management.
Execute 2-way and 3-way invoice matching; coordinate business approvals and compile supporting documentation for Advisory Digital leadership and CTO review.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports comparing total contract value to budget.
Collaborate with Procurement, Asset Management, and Advisory business teams to ensure timely contract renewals and uninterrupted services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for software licensing queries; liaise with Sourcing & Procurement.
Coordinate with Finance and Service Management to ensure license renewal costs adhere to standard accounting practices.
Respond to and resolve vendor-related inquiries.
Partner with TPRM, Procurement Operations, and Risk Management to onboard new vendors.
Derive and implement KPI’s for contract management and Invoicing

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Vendor management or similar role.
Contract Lifecycle management
Understanding of QBR’s
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Asset Management, Vendor Management and procurement operations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong Knowledge of procurement tools: Ariba, Coupa
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion
