Assistant Manager - Technology Supply Chain

  • Manage vendor invoicing and governance of IT SaaS contracts.

  • Identify and report issues or irregularities in invoice and contract management.

  • Execute 2-way and 3-way invoice matching; coordinate business approvals and compile supporting documentation for Advisory Digital leadership and CTO review.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports comparing total contract value to budget.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Asset Management, and Advisory business teams to ensure timely contract renewals and uninterrupted services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software licensing queries; liaise with Sourcing & Procurement.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Service Management to ensure license renewal costs adhere to standard accounting practices.

  • Respond to and resolve vendor-related inquiries.

  • Partner with TPRM, Procurement Operations, and Risk Management to onboard new vendors.

  • Derive and implement KPI’s for contract management and Invoicing

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Vendor management or similar role.

  • Contract Lifecycle management 

  • Understanding of QBR’s

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Asset Management, Vendor Management and procurement operations.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong Knowledge of procurement tools: Ariba, Coupa

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion

  • Prioritizing work

  • Exposure to interacting with different stakeholders
