Assistant Manager -Workplace & Infrastructure Architect

• 7–10 years of experience in Workplace Transformation, Datacenter Transformation, Microsoft 365, and Identity (AD / Entra) migration

• Experience in architecture design (HLD/LLD), conducting workshops, and requirement gathering

• Experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and AD to Entra ID modernization, including hybrid identity

• Strong exposure to migration lifecycle (discovery, design, migrate, cutover) and M&A / carve-out programs

• Knowledge of device migration (Intune), Domain Controllers, AD infrastructure, datacenter operations, and server / infrastructure modernization

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large enterprise environments

• Exposure to cloud services and concepts, IAM, enterprise security practices, infrastructure automation, and datacenter-to-cloud transformation

• Must have skills – 

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Active Directory (AD DS), Domain Controllers, and Microsoft Entra ID

• Tenant-to-tenant migration (end-to-end execution)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM - MFA, SSO, SSPR, Conditional Access)

• Migration planning (wave planning, coexistence, cutover)

• Device migration (Intune / endpoint onboarding / Autopilot basics)

• Datacenter technologies including server, storage, virtualization, backup, and infrastructure modernization
• Automation / scripting experience with PowerShell and exposure to infrastructure-as-code or orchestration tools

• Experience with at least one migration tool (Quest / BitTitan / ShareGate)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement

• Good to have skills – 

• Cloud architecture / landing zone exposure and datacenter-to-cloud migration experience

• Security & governance (Zero Trust, Identity Protection, RBAC)

• Automation / scripting (PowerShell, basic Python) and exposure to infrastructure automation frameworks
• Virtualization and datacenter platform exposure such as VMware, Windows Server, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts

• Advanced endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, device compliance)

• Compliance & data governance (Purview, retention, policies)

Professional Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified: Security / IAM Certifications (Entra ID / Security), VMware / Windows Server / Datacenter Infrastructure certifications, automation-related certifications, or any M365 / AD / Identity / Cloud Architect certifications
