Associate 1 -PMO (IQcc)

Associate 1 – PMO is responsible for providing project management and governance support to ensure effective planning, tracking, reporting and execution of projects. The role works closely with project managers and stakeholders to maintain project documentation, monitor progress, coordinate communication, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards. The position contributes to successful project delivery through accurate reporting, data analysis, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to collect updates and track action items.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Provide analytical and administrative support through data reporting, dashboard management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
