SAP BW S4 Hana Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead (SAP BW on HANA) will be responsible for overseeing technical implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP BW on HANA solutions. They will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of sap bw on hana solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
4. Perform system configuration, testing, and optimization to enhance the performance of sap bw on hana solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap bw on hana trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with sap bw on hana, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (etl) processes.
2. Proficiency in sap hana studio, sap bw modeling tools, and other sap data warehousing tools.
3. Strong understanding of sap bw on hana architecture, data provisioning methods, and reporting tools.
4. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
5. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions effectively.

Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BW/4HANA 2.0 or similar certification is a plus.
