Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute Environment activities and execute integration testing for FM Converge (FMC) for FM Converge (FMC) platform and related upstream/downstream systems.• Review business and system requirements to manage the environment covering functional flows, system interfaces, and data validations.• Coordinate with business, support, and development tams to understand business flows and dependencies.• Perform root cause analysis for issues identified during deployment and work with development teams for resolution.• Contribute to continuous improvement of environment processes, tools, and automation frameworks.• Participate in daily status calls, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.• Ensure environment deadlines are met with high quality deliverables, aligned with project timelines.• Support post-production deployment validations and early life support (Warranty Phase).• High quality deployment and management of environments & High quality integration testing with minimal production issues post go live.• Timely closure of deployment activities within defined schedules.• Accurate test data setup and management across integrated environments.• Effective communication with stakeholders for requirement clarification, issue resolution and testing updates.• Active participation in project lifecycle activities – requirements review, test planning, release planning and cutover rehearsals.
