Associate Consultant, Automation and RPA

We are looking for candidate to work on agentic automation solutions that combine AI agents with orchestration and RPA, enabling intelligent decisioning, exception handling, and scalable automation for enterprise processes.

Candidate will work hands-on with AI tooling—including LangGraph, LangSmith, and Azure services—while building full‑stack automation solutions using Python, React, and RPA frameworks. You’ll collaborate across engineering and automation teams to enable smarter decisioning, dynamic exception handling, and enterprise-grade automation at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop agentic AI applications and intelligent automation workflows (AI + RPA).

• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflows using LangGraph.

• Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize agent behavior and workflow performance using LangSmith.

• Build full-stack, production-ready solutions using Python, React, and Azure cloud services.

• Use GitLab for source control and CI/CD automation.

• Rapidly prototype new capabilities and evolve them into robust enterprise solutions.

Skill Required:

• 1-3 year of experience in AI transformation and intelligent automation.

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI.

• Strong fluency in Python with exposure to frontend development (React).

• Experience with Azure or RPA tools is a plus (not required).

• Curious, proactive individuals with a strong sense of ownership and a builder’s mindset.
