Associate Consultant - Operations - Bangalore

It’s a joint venture setup between KPMG INTERNATIONAL, UK, US & India as a global capability hub to provide professional services to the end client of KPMG member firms. The setup has around 7,000 people focused on specialized knowledge services (Audit, Tax & Advisory) and is expected double in size over the next few years.
- Prepare/publish Operational reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
- Perform multifaceted analysis on data & provide meaningful insight
- Drive process improvement including Automation of reports
- Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms, and align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and standardization
- Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Understanding of Operations side of business.
Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream)
Total Experience: The candidate must have 3–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skillset:
Effective Communication Skills
Understanding of Reporting function
Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
Power BI – Intermediate / Expert
Experience Level
