Roles and responsibilities

The Managed Services PE-CSD oracle EPM team are seeking Associate Consultant (Enterprise profitability and cost management cloud application (EPCM)) to join the growing EPM practice.

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry’s best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space. 

The role would require:

• Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.
• Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
• Capability to deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.
• Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to assist with EPCM cost allocations and data integrations.

Requirement 

This position is responsible for the design and development and support of Profitability and Cost management (EPCM) applications.

• Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting from designing allocation rules, building both custom (MDX) rules and allocation rules and rulesets, and fine tune for performance.
• Working on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting with understanding allocation requirements, complexity, metadata set up to meet requirements and building rules and rules sets. 
• Should be able to analyze allocations and provide variance analysis.
• Must have Management Reporting and SmartView experience.
• Experience in migrating the artifacts from one environment to another.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Should be able to gather functional requirements.
• EPM Automate
• Experience in other EPM Applications- FCCS/ARCS/EDMCS/EPRCS

Good to Have

 

Experience & Background

• Graduate qualification (B.E/B.Tech)/MBA/MCA
• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools. 
• Excellent communication skills
