Associate Consultant_GRM Service Desk

KPMG Delivery Network India seeks highly motivated professionals with demonstrated expertise in managing and supporting user issues, reporting processes, and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential, including working knowledge of Power BI, as well as an understanding of the role of risk management in a professional services environment. Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting, data management, and user support is highly desirable.

1. Operational support to GQ&RM Audit community: daily review and management of multiple team mailboxes, monitor user emails, triage tasks, engage support from relevant teams, prioritize requests, and follow up until completion.
2. Provide support for PowerBI dashboards: including user access assistance, development of training and documentation, data validation, and testing ongoing enhancements, including innovation in metrics/designs.
3. Providing support to GQ&RM Audit monitoring programs: activities include managing user access, coordinating quarterly process updates, liaising with the technical support team, creating user documentation, and tracking compliance by users.
4. Collaborate across departments: working closely with extended teams in other global locations, member firms in the KPMG network, the global finance team, and other GQ&RM teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects and processes.
5. Deliver impactful analysis & reporting: analyze data and provide relevant, timely and engaging reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology;
•  3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics and risk management;
• Excellent communication and written skills, including high proficiency in written English.
• Good experience of Microsoft applications including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Scripting knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Experience of Power BI, Power App and AI tools, e.g., Power Automate preferred.
• Accountable and collaborative in approach, and with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Identifying critical and severe requests and able to manage them efficiently.
• Adaptive, quick learner and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of AI tools, Power Apps, and/or VBA will be an added advantage
