Position:
Associate Engineering DirectorJob Description:
Detailed Description of the Job Profile
- Responsible for complete project management by monitoring and controlling cost, quality, and schedule.
- Actively planning, analyzing, and reviewing functional and technical specifications.
- Responsible for timely deliverables with required quality parameters
- Responsible for project profitability
- Responsible for handling multiple projects/ Programs. simultaneously including different skill area like FPGA Design/Verification/Physical Design or Design for Test.
- Responsible for project status reporting to stakeholders including customer.
- Participate in new business development, solution proposal and expansion of existing account.
- Responsible for conflict management within or across teams, Risk assessment and control
Project Management [Required]
- Experience in Program/Project management of ASIC/Semiconductor.
- Understanding of ASIC Development Lifecycle model and KPIs to track
- Customer management (communication, issue tracking, risk updation)
- Vendor Management (Paperwork understanding, Financial process knowledge)
- Handled Team size of 10-25 and Multiple projects.
- PMP Certified, Good to have Scrum Master certified.
- Experience handling semiconductor Projects.
- Experience in Preparing WBS and detailed time plan and engineering effort estimation.
- Experience on Risk/ Mitigation / Escalation/ Daily Stand-up meetings.
- Experience in Agile scrum with Quality processes.
Technical Skill [Required]
- Experience in ASIC Design/Formal & Functional Verification /ASIC Physical Design/ASIC DFT
- Proficient in project management practices and using planning and monitoring tools (Microsoft Project Plan).
- Proficient working with configuration tools like GIT, SVN, JIRA
Soft Skills [Required]
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills
