Position Summary

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain and update project documents, trackers, and reports 

• Support project managers in tracking tasks, timelines, and action items 

• Follow up with team members to gather updates and ensure deadlines are met 

• Help prepare status reports and presentations 

• Ensure teams are using standard templates and following defined processes 

• Coordinate with different teams to keep communication smooth and clear 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field 

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Strong people skills and ability to work with different teams 

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks 

• Diligent with follow-ups and attention to detail 

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint 

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks 

• Someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn 

• A team player who is comfortable coordinating and following up
