QA – Tester- 6 -7 years of experience

• Experience in GENAI application testing
• Experience of functional testing of web applications
• Knowledge in API testing using Postman.
• Experience in Agent Testing and Bot Testing using Gen AI
• Knowledge of LLMS models and Automation Testing using Selenium.
• Knowledge of CRM Dynamics is desirable
• Experience in designing and executing test cases
• Experience in Agile and Jira
• Generate test data to ensure 100% of code coverage
• Ensure 0% defect leakage
• Able to analyze log files
• Can reproduce and explain bugs with cause and logs
• Track defects to closure
• Experience building and managing traceability matrix
