What you'll build

 

• Lead and execute complex technical projects through scrum teams with evolving requirements, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse operational challenges, identify root causes of handling errors, and develop scalable automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize AI/ML-based tools and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate decision-making, and drive intelligent operations.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, decision frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms to improve operational reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutions and support their adoption in operations.
• Identify system performance patterns, anomalies, and trends to proactively mitigate risks and optimize workflows.
• Establish clear KPIs, reliability indicators, and quality benchmarks to evaluate project and solution effectiveness.
• Continuously explore opportunities to simplify complex processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance service stability.

 

What you bring

 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience with strong background in SAP technologies, with hands-on experience in BASIS operations (SAP NetWeaver certification preferred).
• Solid understanding of system administration, infrastructure concepts, networking, and platform security.
• Experience working with AI/ML tools, data-driven automation platforms, or intelligent decision frameworks.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Shell, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex, ambiguous technical scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-team alignment.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, continuous improvement methodologies, or automated testing frameworks is desirable

In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, translate ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure consistent execution in dynamic environments. The position requires a strong automation-first mindset, with the ability to leverage modern tools—including AI-driven capabilities—to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery outcomes.
