Role : Territory Sales Manager  (TSM)Location : BangaloreEligibility : Graduation and aboveExperience : 5+years of relevant and team handling experienceLanguage : Familiar with KannadaCTC : Best in Industry 
Preferred Domain: NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Consumer durables & FMCGJob Description1.     Responsible for the Sales & Distribution for the assigned geography2.      Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations3.     Merchant Acquisition & relationship management4.     Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market5.     Key Accounts management6.     Ensure the team members are in market where sales & usage are done regularly7.     Responsible for day-to-day deliverables and hygiene8.     Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areaReporting Matrix : The role will report to the Area Sales Manager and will have 15-20 field executives as direct reports.
~Local candidate aware of the geography shall be preferred~Kannada speaking is must
