Build - Architect -Assistant Manager-MFT - KGS CH

Highly skilled Automation Architect with extensive experience in Automation Anywhere to lead the design and solutioning of enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in building scalable and secure automation frameworks

•Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere•Define automation strategy, standards, and reusable components•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities•Lead technical teams in bot development, deployment, and maintenance•Integrate RPA with enterprise systems and emerging technologies•Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting•Maintain documentation and knowledge base for automation assets•Deep understanding of Automation Anywhere architecture•Experience with A360 platform and cloud/on-prem deployments•Proficiency in building attended and unattended bots•Experience with REST/SOAP APIs•Understanding of containerization and CI/CD pipelines•Git/GitHub, Bitbucket for source control•Jenkins, Azure DevOps for deployment•Experience with audit logging and compliance frameworks•Experience with other RPA platforms•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field•The Automation Architect should be able to propose 4–5 distinct architectural patterns for automation solutions. Additionally, they must be capable of critically challenging at least three ideas by presenting alternative solution approaches. This proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential for the role.•Experience with orchestration, high availability, and disaster recovery is not mandatory.•Should have hands-on experience with both attended and unattended automation (scale: 30 bots).•Familiarity with Process Studio, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath is required—ideally 2–3 years in Automation Anywhere, with a combined 5–6 years across platforms.•Experience with Git/DevOps is preferred but not a deal breaker.•API integration skills are a must-have.•Understanding of containerization is expected.
