What you’ll do:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving GTS Metrics Governance and enabling insight-driven decision making across HUB and GEO leadership. This position requires strong analytical expertise, deep understanding of GTS metrics, and the ability to confidently present executive-ready insights to Senior Leadership with absolute accuracy and zero-defect execution.

The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to ensure metric integrity, actionable insights, and consistent governance across service delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and executive-ready presentations for Senior Leadership.
  • Communicate insights with clear, concise, and compelling data storytelling.
  • Represent the GTS Metrics team in leadership forums, governance reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Maintain a zero-defect standard for all leadership-level reporting and presentations.
  • Own and manage the GTS Metrics Governance framework.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all GTS performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data into impactful visual insights and narratives.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Respond to urgent and ad-hoc analytics requests from senior leadership.
  • Support long-term planning and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Facilitate metrics governance meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with HUB and GEO leaders on metric alignment, planning, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Talent DNA teams on role mapping and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on data, insights, and governance best practices.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) for case tracking, workflow visibility, and operational reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and related BI tools.
  • Ensure reporting outputs meet executive standards for accuracy, usability, and insight.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven ability to present confidently to Senior Leadership with strong storytelling skills.
  • Strong expertise in GTS metrics, service delivery operations, and governance processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) case handling and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive insights.
  • Exposure to PSA processes and dashboard UX best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery / GTS business operations.

  • University degree.
  • 5+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
