Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Cloud Advisory Manager to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation engagements. You will be responsible for cloud strategy, architectural strategy, AI adoption frameworks, and ensuring seamless execution of cloud initiatives from vision to value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing IT infrastructure and cloud readiness.
Lead enterprise cloud architecture strategy engagements, including landing zone design, architectural reviews, and design authority.
Lead comprehensive cloud architecture assessments, including landing zone design, architecture analysis, and recommendations tailored to client needs.
Develop, present, and defend strategic cloud adoption roadmaps, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility.
Design cloud migration and transformation programs, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Advise C-suite and senior leadership on AI-driven transformation, including GenAI adoption strategies, AI ethics, and operationalization.
Drive cloud cost optimization strategies including FinOps and sustainable cloud operations.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution designs, and thought leadership content.

What are we looking for: (Good to have)
Understanding of business drivers and the ability to articulate cloud technology issues in business terms and vice-versa.
Deep experience with enterprise cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including hybrid and multi-cloud models.
Proven track record delivering AI/GenAI strategy engagements.
Has a consultative mindset with analytical abilities to deliver client cloud transformation engagements.
Experience and/or knowledge of one or more of the following cloud-related technologies/methodologies is preferred - Containerization, Serverless computing, DevOps, Multi-cloud strategies & FinOps.
Proven experience designing and implementing landing zones and multi-account architectures across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, AI model lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
Exposure to end-to-end cloud migration and implementation project lifecycle is desirable.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices, compliance requirements, and cost optimization strategies.
Experience guiding teams through end-to-end migration and modernization projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune/Delhi NCR office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
