Head of analytics for proposition and customer analytics

• 12+ years of experience spanning across analytics, data science
• Preferred experience in area of customer analytics, marketing and growth analytics
• Education in engineering, mathematics or statistics with a tier 1 institution 
• Banking experience is preferred but it will be ideal for candidate to have worked across industries in domain of analytics and customer insights
• Responsibilities would include leading a 20+ member analytics unit working with head of marketing, propositions and campaigns team to define various customer segments, generate insights to define the right proposition
• Works with product and market research team to supplement primary research with data driven insights for sharper definitions of customer propositions
• Drive organizational expertise in use of alternate data, high frequency internal data to enrich our understanding of the customer
