Job Description:
The individual will be part of the Wealth Management Technology Team and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Additionally, the role involves working on engineering initiatives such as building data pipelines(ETL) and implementing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Power Platform and experience executing projects in alignment with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end project delivery within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Develop and configure custom connectors for seamless integration of Power Platform applications with third-party APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Implement advanced automation scenarios using Power Automate Desktop, including UI flows, attended/unattended bots.
• Implementing role-based security(RLS) and data governance in Power Apps and Power BI
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation in Amazon Redshift.
• Performance tuning for Power BI reports and optimizing DAX queries
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all artifacts are up to date.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines to support business analytics and reporting.
• Develop ETL workflows to clean, enrich, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality and security by implementing validation checks and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
• Serve as an individual contributor, taking full responsibility for project execution and delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) for extended automation
• Minimum 5+ years overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years hands-on in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies and Devops.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong SQL expertise with experience in AWS Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses and MSSQL / Oracle.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, DAX and Power Query

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking domain
• Expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate Desktop.
• Knowledge of AI Builder for intelligent automation scenarios.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics for flows and apps.
• Experience in developing custom visuals for Power BI using TypeScript, D3.js, and Power BI SDK for advanced data visualization.
• Experience configuring and managing On-Premises Data Gateway to enable secure connectivity with multiple on-premises data sources for Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using Azure Function Apps for serverless automation and integration.
