Business Operations – Systems Access & Entitlements Management Controls

As a Business Operations Associate in the Global Banking Systems Access & Entitlements team, you partner with Sales, Product, and Technology to streamline access workflows and strengthen audit readiness. You modernize access and entitlements management across Global Banking, closing gaps and creating durable efficiencies. You improve control posture in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for user alignment and system entitlements.
  • Review and approve non-automated entitlement requests from managers.
  • Translate RBAC concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Define and evolve role criteria and segregation-of-duties guardrails.
  • Execute ad-hoc and scheduled recertifications; monitor dashboards for inappropriate access.
  • Plan coverage for transfers, backfills, and organizational changes.
  • Own weekly transfers, user alignment, and application updates.
  • Analyze access data and exception trends; build metrics and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and RBAC advisory teams to streamline workflows.
  • Prepare audit-ready documentation and evidence for reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and resilience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate experience in identity and access management, controls, and risk operations.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solve problems and analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and swift execution.
  • Create audit-ready documentation with clear, concise writing and organization.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Leverage experience with Alteryx or similar tools.
  • Utilize SQL/BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Adapt to afternoon (EMEA) shift timings in Bengaluru.
  • Build relationships across teams for collaborative solutions.
  • Innovate processes for access management and provisioning.
  • Support internal and external reviews with thorough documentation.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and ownership-driven approach in team settings.
