Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process refinement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting detailed process flows and functional requirements.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate business needs.
- Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
