Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and support business objectives, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across the enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and documenting business process workflows and use cases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
