• Primary skills:Domain->Financial Management->Management Accounting We are looking for the candidate having experience in Direct Tax & who can manage following activities: ➢ Studying Finance Act changes pertaining to Direct Tax and preparation of list of changes required in draft forms. ➢ Interacting with Income Tax officers on daily basis for discussion of utility changes, clarification regarding any notification/order/circular issued & other matters. ➢ Support in designing & development of Income tax returns and forms utility. ➢ Participating in executing work within a group by assisting, by delivering work effectively and teaming with tax professionals ➢ Supporting & handling administrative responsibilities allocated. ➢ Conduct the engagements in professional manner and in accordance with client expectations and as defined by terms and conditions. ➢ Exhibit positive attitude and demonstrate willing to learn. ➢ Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that meets client expectations. ➢ Use electronic working papers efficiently including various software applications and sources of knowledge in an appropriate manner. ➢ Acquire and demonstrate competence in technical knowledge and compliance process and keep self up to date with the changes. ➢ Wherever applicable, thoroughly check documents and make available for future use. ➢ Proficient in MS word, MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
