Chief Platform Head - UDO
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own end‑to‑end TCP delivery for all projects under the platform
- Set and cascade vehicle and system‑level TCP targets across projects
- Drive inter‑project and inter‑function trade‑offs within approved limits
- Decide acceptance or rejection of TCP deviations and lead escalations
- Ensure alignment of engineering, manufacturing, purchase and finance decisions to platform TCP
- Approve reallocation of material cost and investments within defined thresholds
- Resolve inter‑system and inter‑function conflicts decisively
- Ensure timely vehicle handover to manufacturing, sales and marketing with quality sign‑offs
- Own platform budgets and monitor utilization with finance
- Ensure process adherence, quality standards and stage‑gate discipline across projects
