Summary:
As a Client Account Lead, a typical day involves engaging deeply with clients to understand their strategic objectives and business challenges. This role requires orchestrating collaboration among diverse teams to develop tailored solutions that address critical needs. The day is often spent aligning internal resources, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that the delivery of services meets both client expectations and business goals. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and fostering long-term partnerships by influencing client strategies and driving value across the account portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align client goals with organizational capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Management.
- Strong skills in client relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze complex business environments and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence client decisions.
- Capability to oversee project delivery ensuring alignment with client expectations and profitability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Account Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
