Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end development using Angular and backend development with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, optimize application performance, and support continuous integration and deployment strategies to drive digital innovation and organizational growth.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core for backend development

• Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred) for building responsive, modern interfaces

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and UI libraries like Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS

• Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and database schema design

• Version control: Git, GitHub or Azure DevOps

• Build and CI/CD tools such as MSBuild, Jenkins, Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) supporting app deployment and scaling

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)

• Experience with unit test frameworks like MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit

• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack web applications utilizing Angular and C#/.NET for scalable, secure, and high-performance deployment

• Build reusable components and services to support dynamic and responsive UI experiences

• Implement and support microservices-based backend systems, ensuring efficient data handling and API integration

• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security standards

• Support deployments, automate build pipelines, and support DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform performance tuning activities

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to enhance system architecture and application robustness

Technical Skills (By Category)

Languages & Frameworks:

• Required: C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core), Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Preferred: TypeScript, Node.js for backend scripting

Databases & Data Management:

• SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Entity Framework, schema design and query optimization

Cloud Technologies:

• Azure, AWS, or GCP supporting scalable deployment and application hosting

Containerization & Orchestration:

• Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

Tools & CI/CD:

• Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, MSBuild, Visual Studio

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, Selenium (optional)

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environments

• Proven track record with Angular and backend services in C#/.NET

• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and database schemas supporting high-volume applications

• Familiarity with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines supporting DevOps practices

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is advantageous

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure front-end and back-end components

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security measures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design

• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and refine code quality standards

• Automate build, deployment, and environment provisioning processes

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives

• Document system architecture, technical specifications, and best practices

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on new tools and frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Extensive experience in enterprise full-stack development, especially with Angular and C#/.NET

• Certifications such as MCSD, Azure Developer, or related are preferred
