Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Summary:
As a Cloud Services Engineer, a typical day involves serving as the key connection between the client and the operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of support issues and escalations. The role includes monitoring the health of service delivery, identifying and explaining any performance challenges or risks to all relevant parties. The engineer oversees cloud orchestration and automation processes to maintain service levels with minimal interruptions. Regular performance meetings are conducted to review consumption data and trends, fostering transparency and continuous improvement across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client expectations and operational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Cassandra.
- Strong understanding of distributed database architecture and data replication strategies.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in large-scale database environments.
- Familiarity with cloud orchestration and automation tools to support service delivery.
- Ability to analyze system metrics and logs to proactively identify potential issues.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Cassandra.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
