Responsibilities
As security architect you will need to review the applications/infra security, understand the functionality and business requirement, think through the improvement areas, conduct risk assessment and perform threat modeling to find the gaps. Help Business stakeholders in day to day activities in improving security process and technology.
Experience with cloud platforms, risk assessment tools, identity management, and data encryption.
Develop standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse environments (e.g., client server, distributed, mainframe).
Plan, study, and design a robust security architecture for various IT projects.
Knowledge of network security architecture concepts, including topology, protocols, components, and principles
Professional certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Develop prerequisites for networks, firewalls, routers, and other network devices.
Perform security testing, and risk analysis.
Research and implement updated security standards, systems, and best practices.
Create standards for all IT assets, such as routers, firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs, and other network devices.
Proficient in Python, Terraform, and DevOps pipeline setup
Qualifications
7-10 years’ experience
• Threat modeling , Risk Assessment & Remediation, GDPR & PCI-DSS, SDLC lifecycle
• Encryption, NIST framework
• AWS/ GCP/ Azure Cloud
• Understand Penetration testing reports, SAST, DAST, SaaS platforms, Azure defender report and third party application integration risk’s, Security Expert
• Data flow diagram, Security & Network Architecture
• Knowledge on Cloud security
• Able to think through on where could go wrong in the entire architecture (remember even a small misconfiguration could break your entire network
