Consultant RPA Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Support Engineer with hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Cloud flows to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing RPA solutions, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues. Exposure to Azure Cloud technologies is a strong advantage.
Roles and responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide L2/L3 support for deployed solutions across UiPath, SmartIQ and Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor bot performance, queues and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, incident logs, and resolutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in deployment and configuration of bots in cloud/on-prem environments.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Willingness to learn other low code automation tools
- SmartIQ, SQL, Python, Excel & VBA experience nice to have but not essential
Requirement
- Should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
- Should identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
- Analytical mind and business insight.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Experience using any one of the business intelligence tools(like PowerBI)

Experience & Background
_ Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCA
_ Relevant experience for 6-10 years
_ Excellent Communication Skills
_ Excellent Presentation Skills
_ Any exposure to Tax Technologies a definite positive.
