• Assist KAMS Solution Lifecycle Managers in executing PMO activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Support the creation and refinement of initial business cases for Managed Services Solutions, utilizing data analysis and industry insights during the Intake Phase.

• Responsible for creation of draft Deployment plans and tracking progress once timelines are agreed upon by the Lifecycle Manager with various workstream leads and Solution Deployment leads.

• Track RAG statuses of the assigned solutions and report as per established frequencies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across KPMG to ensure seamless communication and coordination for ongoing solution development.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proactively providing solutions to maintain continuity and quality.

• Track investments to actual spends for the assigned solutions and report to overall Solutions PMO and KAMS program PMO as per established cadence

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and offer administrative support to enhance efficiency in solution deployment processes.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills and an understanding of Project management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accuracy in document preparation and review.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing and reviewing business cases and project documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
