Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing
- Taking a service offering from ideation to implementation
- Obsessing over quality, rapidly iterating to build the best system
- Taking risks, trialing new services, and learning from real-world feedback
What You Wont Be Doing
- Project management, product management, or program management. This role is much more hands-on and in-the-details than a normal operations role.
- Making subjective judgment calls. We are a data-driven organization, and each decision needs to be substantiated by evidence.
Basic Requirements
Consulting Manager's key responsibilities
- University degree
- At least 5 years of work experience (post-graduation) in any industry
- Experience in at least two functional business areas (operations, sales, product, etc.)
- Superior business writing skills
