Content manager for UK- Senior Analyst - CH Pursuits

The Capability Hubs (CH)  team at KPMG Global Services (KGS) helps KPMG firms navigate the complexities of their business by understanding their needs and delivering tailor-made, industry-focused solutions. The Content manager is responsible for executing content strategies, ensuring that consistent, high-quality content is available across multiple platforms.

FAQ portal (Intranet SharePoint for responses to standard firm-level questions):

Update the Sharepoint pages with the latest content and related documents by working with SMEs
Manage and update frequently asked questions, addressing user queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Client questionnaires:

Complete client questionnaires for priority Advisory opportunities. 
Support on Account teams and other stakeholders with queries on client questionnaires

AI Fluency and Intelligent Content Management:

Leverage AI tools (e.g. Prompt engineering, GenAI agents etc.) to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality standards
Evaluate, train and continuously define AI-driven workflows by analysing outputs, setting guardrails and integrating reviews to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Other responsibilities:

Manage Functional mailbox as well as troubleshooting and issue resolution in a timely manner.
Coordinate and support the various tasks simultaneously while meeting all deadlines, effectively and efficiently.
Update and maintain high scoring responses from IGH proposals
Build and maintain AI agents to accelerate content creation as well as share best practices with engagement teams to increase adoption.
Updating Pursuit toolkits for Pursuit managers as well as participate in WIN Strategy sessions to focus on continuous improvement.

Able to keenly observe the established process and suggest effective practices to improve efficiency and reduce the turnaround time.
Eagerness to learn new technology tools.
Manage time effectively when working on the content management piece and where capacity permits, contribute on internal tasks that help in team’s effective work management.

Educational qualifications

Any degree

Work experience

Graduate or post-graduate with 2-4 years with relevant industry experience in a similar role.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Strong content management experience, clear understanding of SharePoint Online or any other equivalent platform.
Strong experience with Gen AI and large language models as well as Content management platforms. 
Basic understanding of Product management of AI tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to think critically and analytically about how the content might be improved.
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values.
Proven stakeholder management skills in a global setup.
High problem-solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
Goal driven – should be focused on helping stakeholders meet their requirements.
Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects
Agile enough to be able to blend seamlessly into KPMG Culture.
Willing to multitask and ensure effective time management.
Proficient in MS office tools for effective work collaborations.
Basic understanding of proposals and the Sales lifecycle preferred.
