Collaborate globally to deliver innovative solutions and enhance governance for Asset Management Controllers. Be a key contributor in driving efficiency, consistency, and quality across our organization.

As a Vice President in the AM Legal Entity Applications Platform team, you support and lead strategic initiatives for Global AM Controllers. You manage projects, analyze processes, and deliver technology solutions to streamline operations and improve controls. You partner with Finance, Technology, and LEC teams to ensure effective implementation and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate actively in AM LEAP initiatives as business analyst, test manager, or project manager
• Partner with AWM Finance Corporate Technology to develop strategic applications
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and controls
• Promote team services and drive the agenda across functions
• Represent AM LEC in cross-functional and cross-LOB initiatives
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining strong data governance and controls
• Help deliver training and education on new technologies
• Execute and troubleshoot intelligent solutions for AM LEC
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure timeliness and accuracy of information
• Respond to queries and act as primary contact for the AM LEAP platform
• Document and analyze complex processes and data flows

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Demonstrate advanced technical skills in Excel and Alteryx, with knowledge of SQL
• Apply SAP Ledger experience and understanding of key accounting concepts
• Manage projects, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Oversee user testing and defect tracking effectively
• Analyze finance and accounting concepts, including transfer pricing and seed capital
• Manipulate large volumes of data quickly and accurately
• Communicate, influence, and build relationships across teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or technical field
• Exhibit knowledge of JPM finance and Asset Management products
• Work independently and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Motivate yourself and others to achieve team goals
• Collaborate as a trusted partner with Business, Finance, and Global LEC teams
• Educate and train team members on LEAP applications and new technologies
• Leverage understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and AI solutions
