CTR - SAP DA Senior
•Responsible for delivering process analysis, discovery, and optimization initiatives using process mining tools such as Signavio or Celonis, leveraging expertise in Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and modeling to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities across business processes.•Applying advanced process mining techniques and AI-driven insights such as root-cause analysis, conformance checking, variant analysis, and predictive process analytics to support continuous process improvement and data-driven decision-making.•Writing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to ensure reliable ingestion, transformation, and integration of structured and semi-structured data for analytical use cases.•Interpreting and analyzing large datasets using Power BI and Alteryx to build automated analytical workflows, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable business insights.Working with onshore and cross-functional teams as part of project and engagement delivery, ensuring alignment of analytical solutions with business objectives and client expectations.
