Summary:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable ML solutions, optimize model performance, and integrate models into production systems. You will leverage modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions while continuously improving model accuracy and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME in ML model development and deployment.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions and solution design.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and insights.
Design, develop, train, and validate machine learning models.
Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor performance.
Work closely with data engineering teams for pipeline integration.
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Assist in documentation of model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Good understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets.
Experience with model deployment (REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning projects.
Experience in building and deploying production-grade ML models is preferred.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office (hybrid/onsite as per business requirement).
A 15 years full time education is required.
