Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve software development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK).
- Must have 8+ years experience in Flutter
- Experience in mobile application development using Dart programming language.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of state management techniques and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
