- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and the ability to evaluate cloud readiness and strategy alignment.
- Experience in assessing business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and provide strategic guidance for cloud adoption and migration.
- Familiarity with various cloud service models and deployment strategies to support scalable software development.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.
