The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and improves software to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
