Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
