Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to designing tailored applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and ensure that the developed software meets the intended objectives, supporting seamless business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Assist in the documentation of design specifications and technical details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using SAP Build Process Automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of business process management.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
