- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management and automation workflows within marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in integrating Adobe Campaign Classic with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting and configuration to customize application behavior and enhance functionality.
