- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with GraphQL (Query Language).
- Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and component-based design principles.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring responsiveness across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with state management libraries and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Ability to integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs effectively.
