- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong expertise in component-based architecture and front-end development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Experience in code review processes and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
