Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and database technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data tools relevant to data engineering.
- Competence in optimizing data workflows for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
