What success looks like in this role:

• Delivery Ownership & Governance
• Own end-to-end delivery of SIEM/SOC, MDR, CTEM, IAM
• Ensure SLAs, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Automation & AI Enablement
• Drive OAR, automation workflows, AI tools (e.g., Security Copilot)
• Reduce manual workload and standardize responses
• Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead engineers, analysts, architects
• Build engineering culture and mentor teams
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as  client interface
• Present performance, risks, and roadmap
• Innovation
• Lead and Collaborate on new technology POC, Demos
• Business Leadership
• Collaborate with GTM
• Help in RFP response and proposal
• Review Client requirements and create responses.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 10–15 years cybersecurity experience
• 5+ years in delivery leadership
• Strong knowledge of SOC, cloud security, IAM, CTEM
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security stack and automation tools
• SC-200/SC-300, AZ-500
• CISSP or CISM
