Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models meet business and technical requirements.
- Document data modeling standards and best practices to maintain consistency across projects.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing data models to enhance performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Netezza.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that support complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective data structures.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Netezza.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
