Job Summary:

As a Xamarin/MAUI Architect, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the architecture of mobile applications built with Xamarin.Forms and .NET MAUI. You will guide development teams, ensure best practices, and align technical solutions with business goals to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Full stack developer who can function as a solution architect when needed.
• Senior Full stack role who should be comfortable working end-to-end on their own and coordinate with onshore lead.
• Skills: Proficiency in Xamarin.Forms/.NET MAUI for mobile app development, C#, Azure cloud services (API Management, Logic Apps, Function Apps, CosmosDB, Azure SQL), backend API development, and integration with enterprise systems like SAP(must) and Ramsys (ideal).
• Responsibilities: Lead design and development across mobile and cloud integration layers,  coordinate with DevOps and QA, troubleshoot complex issues spanning frontend and backend.
• Experience: min 5 yr fullstack development experience, with significant exposure in leading mobile and cloud integration projects
• Define and establish the architecture and technical standards for Xamarin and .NET MAUI mobile applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Oversee integration with backend services, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Support project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Knowledge of security best practices for mobile applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 4 years focused on Xamarin.Forms and .NET MAUI.
• Proven experience in architecting complex cross-platform mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Xamarin.Forms, and .NET MAUI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Experience with MVVM, dependency injection, and other design patterns.
• Knowledge of native iOS and Android development principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and backend integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
