It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment.You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan ImplementationManagement of non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This type of compensation can include, restricted stock and performance shares. Equity compensation allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation and can encourage retention. Share plan management gives a company employees equity ownership rights or the right to buy share
What are we looking for? Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) operations (US region preferred)• Proven experience leading large-scale operations, including managing 100+ member cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to independently run an account or a significant portion of operations, including client engagement • Strong project management experience with the ability to drive complex initiatives • Expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, reporting optimization, and strengthening control frameworks • Strong people leadership capabilities with experience managing high-pressure environments and driving team performance• Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs•Skillset:• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Skillset:• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Sound understanding of operational best practices, including quality control and performance management • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Program Leadership & Governance• Provide strategic oversight for end-to-end administration of ESPP and employee stock plans, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality execution of purchase cycles, vesting, and equity transactions • Lead governance of complex plan updates, third-party administrator (TPA) integrations, and implementation of new or amended ESPP plans • Establish and enforce controls to ensure accuracy of purchase calculations, withholding validations, and cap limit complianceFinancial Oversight & Risk Management• Provide leadership oversight on reconciliation processes, ensuring financial accuracy across participant balances, transactions, and reporting outputs • Govern share allocation processes and ensure timely and compliant DWAC execution • Oversee fund movement controls, ensuring strong financial governance, audit readiness, and risk mitigationExecutive Stakeholder & Client Leadership• Serve as senior escalation point for complex operational, client, and regulatory issues • Build and manage strategic relationships with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, custodians, and key client stakeholders • Engage with external vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment, compliance, and issue resolutionPerformance Leadership & Operational Excellence• Drive performance management through KPI governance, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making • Lead operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted action plans • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and transformation programs across the functionCompliance & Risk Management• Drive strategic and operational decision-making with significant impact on business outcomes• Conduct regular audits and reviews of client accounts to ensure full compliance with internal governance protocols and external regulatory requirements. • Lead resolution of complex, ambiguous issues across functions and stakeholders • Influence organizational strategy, operating models, and transformation initiativesExecutive Reporting• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, covering operational performance, client satisfaction metrics, risk insights, and business outcomes• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
