What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a companys financial health and operational efficiency keyword includes :- ("Order to Cash","Cash App","Collection & Dispute",Billing, "Deduction") Assess new customer credit risk, extend customer credit, monitor existing customer and portfolio credit risk.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Order To Cash Operations Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • Masters Business Administration • Knowledge of Order To Cash Operations • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint) •• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of suppliers • Ability to drive transformational change • Solid multi-phase project management skills • Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients • Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations • Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues • Provide input to Accenture best practices • Develop and implement Order To Cash operations practices specific to client need and Order To Cash operations strategy • Implement and support enforcement of Order To Cash operations processes • Actively monitor and communicate Order To Cash operations performance, opportunities for improvement, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout contract term • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Order To Cash operations • Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project • Maximize performance across the Order To Cash function Increasing spend transparency, compliance and control • Enable organizations to reduce their overall cost of acquiring goods and services
