What would you do? US Recruitment Admin Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment administration team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment operations, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements across the hiring lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of US hiring practices. Recruitment Admin lead will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment administrators supporting US hiring operations. 2.Oversee interview scheduling, offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Manage vendor relationships related to background checks, job boards, and onboarding tools. Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders on recruitment systems and processes.
